Contact support

Include your app version, device model, and a short description of the problem. For a poll-specific issue, include its link or code. Do not send passwords, your address book, or other sensitive information.

I can't find nearby restaurants

Check your internet connection and location permission, or enter a city or ZIP code instead. Location permission is optional.

I don't want to allow contacts access

You can enter invitees manually. Taste Budz does not upload your address book. Messages open for you to review and send; the app does not send invitations automatically.

How do I reopen or resend a poll?

Find it in Sent history. Resending uses the same shared poll, so existing votes remain available. People with the link or code can open it to vote.

Does removing history delete a shared poll?

No. It only removes the local entry from your device. The shared link and votes remain available. Contact support about server-stored poll data or a privacy request.

Advertising privacy choices

When Google's consent system requires privacy options, use Ad privacy choices beneath the banner in Sent history. Advertising errors do not prevent poll use. Read our privacy policy for information about app and advertising data.
